On the afternoon of March 30th, Yuan Yanpeng, member of the Party Group of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and leader of the discipline inspection team, came to our city to supervise the implementation of the spirit of the National Conference on Human Resources and Social Security, and to investigate the open recruitment of public institutions and the supervision of social insurance funds. Yuan Yanpeng and his party visited Sheikh Road Community of Jianshe Road Office in Zhongyuan District and Zhengzhou Social Security Inspection Brigade successively, inspected the community employment infrastructure, got a detailed understanding of the overall employment situation, and had a discussion with relevant responsible comrades of Zhengzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau [1]. On the basis of fully studying and understanding the new policies and spirits of superiors, the salary, retirement policies and management of government agencies and institutions are comprehensively sorted out and summarized, and new teaching materials and documents are selected; Second, with the implementation of post setting and performance pay in public institutions, the methods and procedures for handling wages, benefits and retirement business have changed, requiring people engaged in wages and retirement in cities and counties (cities, districts) to adapt and be familiar with them as soon as possible; Third, in order to speed up the transformation of salary and retirement management functions and improve the efficiency of management and examination and approval, the salary management system and retirement management system have been updated and upgraded again, focusing on bringing unified salary distribution procedures, post setting and performance pay of institutions into the salary management office system, as well as reforming and improving many software functions such as retirement payment registration and survivors' living difficulties subsidies, so as to improve office efficiency and achieve high transparency for office automation and information development of all units.

Focusing on the overall requirements of the Bureau's systematic implementation of annual activities, the training focuses on improving the ability of policy mastery, business handling and system implementation, focusing on important contents such as wages and benefits, policy interpretation of retirement business, business handling process and system implementation requirements, and insisting on the combination of theory and practice, policy and business, and system and implementation, so as to achieve the training goal of promoting management through training and effectively improving system implementation ability.
