1. Register online. (1) After entering the registration system, applicants must first register in the system and set their own login names and passwords. Please fill in your personal name, ID number and other basic information accurately, and keep your login name and password properly to prevent others from stealing and affecting registration and examination.
(2) Before uploading photos, you must download the "Photo Review Processing Tool" provided in the registration system, and process and save your electronic photos according to the instructions of the tool. 4. 5. Applicants must use valid identity documents for registration and examination. (3) Qualification examination
Qualification examination runs through the whole process of selection. In any link, if it is found that the applicants do not meet the requirements for registration, the selection process will be terminated.
Qualification examination is organized by the selection unit (competent department), and generally takes the form of on-site examination of relevant information. The specific time and place of qualification review shall be notified separately by the selection unit (competent department).
Applicants entering the qualification re-examination are required to submit their graduation certificate (degree certificate), valid ID card, Recommendation Form for Registration of Staff in Public Institutions in Qingdao in 2022 (sealed by the organization department of the unit, the competent department and the district (city) committee or the People's Social Security Bureau), Letter of Commitment on Integrity of Staff in Public Institutions in Qingdao in 2022 and annual assessment to the transferring unit (competent department). The written test scores shall be determined by the comprehensive personnel management department of the municipal institution according to the number of transferred positions and the written test results. The written test results will be published in "Qingdao Human Resources and Social Security Bureau" (), "Special Column" and "Recruitment of Public Institutions".
(2) Interview
The interview is organized and implemented by the selection unit (competent department). The candidates for the interview are determined from the candidates who have reached the written test scores from high to low according to the selected positions and the number of applicants, and announced to the public according to the prescribed procedures. If the written test personnel fail to reach the qualified score line, the transfer position will be cancelled; If the number of qualified people in the written test fails to meet the requirements of the interview ratio, the interview candidates shall be determined according to the actual number of qualified people in the written test.
After the interview, the written test scores and interview scores are calculated according to the proportion of 40% and 60% respectively. The written test scores, interview scores and total test scores are calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off. According to the total score of the examination, from high score to low score, according to the ratio of no more than 1:2, the candidates who enter the scope of investigation and physical examination are determined and announced to the public. If the total scores of candidates in the same selection position are tied, the candidates who enter the scope of inspection and physical examination shall be determined according to the written test scores from high to low; If the written test scores are the same, you can try again to make sure.
The selection unit can set the interview score line according to the needs of the post, and those who reach the interview score line can enter the scope of investigation and physical examination. For positions that do not reach the interview ratio, the interview scores of those who enter the scope of inspection and physical examination shall not be less than 60 points.
The interview results will be announced to the candidates on the spot after the interview and published on the website of the selection unit (competent department) on the same day.
Fourth, inspection and physical examination
The selection unit (competent department) is responsible for the inspection and physical examination, independently determine the order of inspection and physical examination according to the actual situation, and organize them in equal amounts.
(1) Each selection unit (competent department) forms an investigation team to conduct a comprehensive investigation on the morality, ability, diligence, performance and honesty of the object of investigation, as well as its political and professional qualities and the suitability of the selected post, and to examine whether the candidates meet the prescribed post qualifications and whether the relevant information materials provided are true and accurate. (two) the physical examination should be carried out in a general hospital at or above the county level, and the physical examination standard should be implemented with reference to the civil service physical examination standard. Applicants who fail to attend the physical examination at the prescribed time and place shall be deemed to have given up. Vacancies caused by unqualified physical examination or abandonment of transfer shall be filled by the transfer unit (competent department) with the consent of the comprehensive personnel management department of the municipal institution, from high score to low score among the personnel entering the scope of inspection and physical examination.
