What are the qualifications and examination requirements for simultaneous interpretation?

Simultaneous interpretation includes five levels: advanced translation, translation review, first-level translation, deputy translation review and translation. The requirements are as follows:

Advanced translation (English, French, Japanese, Russian, German, Spanish and Arabic).

The applicant should have a bachelor's degree or above, and have been engaged in translation for 5 years after evaluating and hiring an associate translation professional position or obtaining a first-class translation certificate in accordance with the unified regulations of the state.

Two, translation (other languages and senior titles), with a bachelor's degree or above (including bachelor's degree), and meet one of the following conditions:

1, engaged in translation work for 5 years after having the title of deputy translator;

2, with other professional deputy senior titles, and engaged in translation work (performing deputy translation duties) for 4 years, and with the original professional deputy senior titles for 7 years;

3, with other professional deputy senior titles, has been transferred to deputy translation review and engaged in translation work for 3 years, and has the original professional deputy senior title for 5 years;

4. Full 1 year with full or senior titles in other majors and engaged in translation work (performing translation review duties).

Three, a first-level translation (English, French, Japanese, Russian, German, Spanish, Arabic and other seven languages deputy senior titles), in accordance with the unified provisions of the state to engage in translation professional positions or obtain a second-level translation certificate, to declare a first-level translation, should meet one of the following conditions:

1, with a doctor's degree certificate in translation, engaged in translation professional posts in accordance with the unified national regulations, and engaged in translation professional work for 2 years;

2. Obtain a master's degree certificate in translation, engage in translation professional posts in accordance with the unified regulations of the state, and have been engaged in translation professional work for 3 years;

3. Obtain a double bachelor's degree certificate including translation major or a graduation certificate of translation major graduate class, and engage in translation professional posts in accordance with the unified provisions of the state and have been engaged in translation professional work for 4 years;

4. Obtained a bachelor's degree or degree certificate in translation major, and engaged in translation professional posts in accordance with the unified provisions of the state, and engaged in translation professional work for 5 years;

5. Those with the above-mentioned non-translation professional qualifications or degree certificates shall be employed as translation professionals in accordance with the unified regulations of the state, and their years of translation work shall be correspondingly increased by 2 years;

6. Foreign language majors or similar majors shall be regarded as translation majors after being examined and approved by the National Translation Professional Qualification (Level) Examination Office of China Foreign Languages Bureau.

Four, deputy translators (other languages deputy senior titles), with a bachelor's degree or above, and meet one of the following conditions:

1, as a translator for more than 5 years;

2. Obtained a doctorate and worked as a translator for more than 2 years;

3. Have obtained intermediate titles in other majors for 7 years and have been engaged in translation work (performing translation in intermediate positions) for 5 years;

4. Have deputy senior titles in other majors and have been engaged in translation work (performing the duties of deputy translators) for 1 year.

Five, translation (intermediate titles in other languages), meet one of the following conditions:

1, 4 years as an assistant translator;

2. Get a doctorate;

3. Having worked as an assistant translator for 2 years after obtaining a master's degree;

4. Having worked as an assistant translator for 3 years after obtaining a postgraduate certificate or a second degree.

Those who have made outstanding achievements and achieved remarkable results in translation work, but do not have the basic requirements such as corresponding academic qualifications and work experience, can relax the requirements of academic qualifications and working years and make an exception to declare higher professional and technical titles. The exception report must meet the following conditions:

1, strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, able to complete various tasks well; Since taking office, I have achieved excellent or quite excellent results in the annual assessment for two consecutive years.

2. In terms of work quality, quantity and business level. , has exceeded or reached the requirements of professional and technical positions at the reporting level, and has published works (translations), papers (translations) or other related works with academic value.

3. Get awards at or above the provincial level in professional work.

4. If the business level is recognized by peers, it is necessary to provide recommendations from two peers and senior experts.

For the exception declaration personnel, the entrusting unit shall issue an exception declaration report according to the above conditions, and attach relevant materials to prove it.

Where the applicant's provincial (ministerial) level personnel (vocational reform) department has relevant abnormal documents, with the consent of the provincial (ministerial) level personnel (vocational reform) department, an abnormal declaration can be made according to the relevant documents of the province (ministerial).
