Disabled workers should enjoy the same political and economic treatment as healthy workers, and enterprises and institutions should not dismiss disabled workers for an excuse. If there are special circumstances that must be dismissed, they should be properly handled to ensure their lives. Article 6 The administrative department for industry and commerce shall not charge management fees for disabled persons who are engaged in self-employment and start the tertiary industry, and give priority to arranging venues; When issuing a business license, only the fee is charged; The tax authorities give tax relief according to the policy; Where possible, the financial sector gives priority to loans.

Disabled people who lose their ability to work in rural areas are exempt from agricultural taxes, compulsory labor, public welfare fees and other social burdens; Appropriate relief should be given to disabled people who have lost part of their ability to work. Seventh disabled people engaged in agricultural and sideline production, the required fertilizers, pesticides, seeds and other agricultural materials, the relevant departments should give priority to the supply; Agricultural and sideline products should be purchased first.
