China Shipping Property Management Company is a private enterprise. China Shipping Property Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Shipping Property") originated in Hong Kong and was formally incorporated in Shenzhen on July 2008 199 18. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Shipping Real Estate Co., Ltd. under China Overseas Group.
