Students outside the gate of Chongqing Wanzhou Law Consulting School were attacked with knives.

1, has nothing to do with school security, because it didn't happen on campus. The school security guards have come out to stop and successfully disperse the knife-wielding personnel, and have fulfilled their obligations reasonably.

According to Article 17 of the Criminal Law, if six people are under the age of 18, they should also be given a lighter or mitigated punishment. Six people are under the age of 16, and will not bear criminal responsibility because they are under the age of criminal responsibility for intentional injury.

Apart from criminal responsibility, all six people have to bear civil responsibility. If I have no property, it should be borne by my guardian, usually my parents.
