So I have classes during the day and stay with books at night.

From the beginning, I was strict with myself, preparing lessons carefully before class, correcting students' homework carefully after class, and asking experienced old teachers for advice if I didn't understand any questions. Students read books in the morning, and I also read books (monographs and magazines on education and teaching, and my favorite is the teaching magazine Young Teachers in Primary Schools). In the evening, after school, I will study quietly under the lamp. There is always a reward for giving. In 2003, I participated in the teaching skills competition organized by Tangzhuang Township Education Group and won the first place in the township. In the same year, in the classroom evaluation activities organized by Dengfeng City, he was rated as a high-quality class teacher in Dengfeng City and praised by the leaders of the central school and the teaching and research section.

In August 2003, I was transferred to Tangzhuang Township No.1 Central Primary School.
