I. Scope and Conditions of Recruitment

(2) The applicant shall meet the following conditions:

2. Excellent academic performance during school. In principle, the average score of the undergraduate course examination is above 80 points, and the average score of the specialized course examination is not lower than 70 points, or the graduate students whose academic performance ranks in the middle and upper reaches of the class have strong scientific research ability, and they have published more than 1 article in this major, and their graduation thesis is rated as excellent.

Third, the recruitment method
(1) Registration
Registration time: 65438+February 27-29, 2009.

Applicants must fill in the relevant contents truthfully, comprehensively and in detail, and submit the registration information according to the prescribed registration time (based on the email sending time displayed by the computer). (2) Qualification examination
The competent department of a public institution shall designate a person to be responsible for the qualification examination, check the registration of the unit during the registration period, and conduct the qualification examination of the applicants according to the information submitted by the applicants. Those who meet the registration conditions shall not refuse to register; For those who do not meet the registration conditions and fail the qualification examination, they should reply by email to explain the reasons to the applicants; If the application materials are incomplete, the applicant shall be contacted to supplement the relevant materials.

(3) Evaluation

The competent department of public institutions shall write a special report, and the relevant materials of the candidates to be hired shall be reported to the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Personnel Bureau for review according to the management authority.

(5) Physical examination
Conduct a physical examination of the person to be hired. Physical examination shall be organized and implemented by the competent department of general hospitals and institutions at or above the county level. In principle, the physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants, and special provisions shall prevail. The time of physical examination shall be notified separately by the competent department.
(six) publicity, employment and filing
Those who have passed the qualification examination, assessment, audit and physical examination shall be publicized within a certain scope. After the publicity is qualified, the organization and personnel department will issue the Notice of Recruiting Personnel of Public Institutions. After the employees go through the relevant administrative relationship transfer and filing procedures, the legal representative of the institution or its client signs an employment contract with the employees to establish the personnel relationship.
New employees are required to implement the probation system. The probation period for existing employees is 6 months, and that for new employees is 1 year. Those who pass the expiration will continue to be employed and enjoy all welfare benefits of their units. Can not meet the requirements, terminate the employment contract. If the hired personnel need to transfer or change the household registration relationship, they can go through the formalities of household registration transfer or change in accordance with relevant regulations after the probation period expires.
Four. Organize implementation and supervision
The recruitment of professionals in short supply in public institutions is mainly organized and implemented by the competent departments of public institutions.
