Company status of Datang Baqiao Thermal Power Plant

At present, there are 5 units and 7 furnaces in operation, with a total installed capacity of 249,000 kilowatts. It is currently the largest thermal production base in Shaanxi Province and an important power supply support point in the eastern region of Xi'an City. There are currently 1,463 employees on the job.

At present, the plant implements "one factory, two systems", that is, one set of institutions and personnel, and two systems of Xi'an Baqiao Thermal Power Co., Ltd. and Datang Baqiao Thermal Power Plant operate simultaneously. It is planned to transfer the assets of the company to , personnel, claims and debts were merged into Datang Baqiao Thermal Power Plant, and the industrial and commercial deregistration procedures of Xi'an Baqiao Thermal Power Co., Ltd. are being processed. Finally, "Datang Baqiao Thermal Power Plant" will be used as the industrial and commercial registered name for management and operation.
