Second, the recruitment position and conditions

Head of retail business department, head of business marketing department and account manager of Industrial Bank Lhasa Branch. All posts are located in Lhasa.

(1) Head of the retail department of the branch.

Under the age of 43, bachelor degree or above, majoring in economics and finance, with 5 years of working experience in economics and finance, familiar with the local market, having certain experience in organization, marketing and bank management, having certain customer resources, strong communication skills and strong ability to solve problems independently.

(2) the person in charge of the business marketing department

Under 43 years of age, bachelor degree or above, engaged in financial work for more than 5 years, and currently holds the same rank position in other economic and financial institutions; Or work in other economic and financial institutions at the next level for more than 3 years. Familiar with enterprise financial business management, familiar with local enterprise financial market, strong management ability, marketing ability, coordination ability and rich customer resources.

(3) Account Manager of Business Marketing Department

Under 35 years old, bachelor degree or above, professional counterpart, more than 3 years financial work experience. Familiar with deposit and loan business and corporate finance business, familiar with institutional business products and regional institutional customers, with strong product promotion and marketing capabilities, rich institutional customer resources is preferred.

(4) Retail wealth management manager

Under the age of 35, full-time bachelor degree or above, professional counterpart, more than 3 years financial work experience. Familiar with retail business process, rich retail business knowledge, good customer communication, analysis and planning skills, with AFP, CFP certificate of financial registered financial planner or professional qualification certificate of securities, futures, investment, foreign exchange, funds and insurance is preferred.

(5) Retail account manager

Under the age of 35, full-time bachelor degree or above, major counterpart, more than 3 years financial work experience, more than 2 years working experience in the same position. Familiar with bank deposit and loan business and retail business products, with strong marketing planning and product promotion ability, credit review, analysis and judgment ability is preferred.

Note: If the applicant has excellent qualifications, the age limit may be relaxed appropriately.

Three. Registration and qualification examination

(2) Registration method

This registration is conducted by online registration. (3) Application materials
