The main reason is that the saturated vapor pressure of vacuum oil is low, it is not easy to volatilize under vacuum or low pressure, and the cooling capacity can be exerted normally. (Conventional quenching oil can easily reduce cooling capacity due to vacuum or low pressure). Bearing steel parts require a certain cooling capacity, so choose vacuum oil with low viscosity and fast cooling speed.
