Formula of tpu plastic vacuum electroplating topcoat

The primer comprises 23-28% of modified epoxy acrylate, 4-6% of bifunctional aliphatic polyurethane acrylate, 0.5- 1% of cellulose acetate butyrate, 1- hydroxycyclohexylphenyl ketone, 1-2%, 2,4,6. The topcoat contains 23-28% of modified epoxy acrylate.

2. For composite coating, vacuum electroplate the primer and topcoat obtained in step 1.
