1. Employment conditions

(1) Applicants should meet the following conditions:

2. Remuneration for employed personnel

(1) The school determines the corresponding salary and remuneration based on the qualifications of the employed personnel, the nature and tasks of the employment position, etc.

(2) Duty Subsidy

In principle, external personnel will not be assigned to be on duty during holidays. , those who really need to be on duty due to work (subject to approval by the competent department or leader) will be given a certain on-duty subsidy. (3) The medical insurance for employed personnel is shared between the school and the individual. The school will issue the medical insurance premium to the employed personnel in Yuan/month. (4) Winter and summer vacation benefits

3. Employment Procedures

(1) The department, department, or office shall submit a written application for employment within the establishment (with copies of the employee’s ID card, academic qualifications, professional titles, etc.). With the approval of the supervisor, the Human Resources Department will file, review and determine the salary.

(2) A one-time deposit of RMB is required before hiring. In case of normal dismissal, the deposit will be refunded in full.

(3) The probation period for employed personnel is three months (excluding winter and summer vacations), and the salary during the probation period is based on the salary.

(4) Any employee who is employed due to illness or other accidents (except on official business) shall be solely responsible for his or her own expenses.

(5) Recruited personnel shall abide by all rules and regulations of the college and submit to the management of the employing department during the employment period.

(6) If an employed person requests to terminate the contract during the employment period, he or she must notify the hiring department and the College Human Resources Office in writing three days in advance.

(7) The college may terminate the employment contract in advance due to violations of disciplines or laws.

4. Salary Promotion

In order to encourage employees to perform their duties conscientiously, a salary promotion system is implemented for all employees. The monthly salary promotion standard is yuan.

The employing department will propose a recommendation list based on the work situation of the hired personnel, and the college will review and approve the list based on the merits after a comprehensive balance.

5. The Human Resources Office of the college is responsible for interpreting these regulations.
