1. Generally speaking, it is not easy to find an internship in junior year. At that time, I was very depressed and self-deprecating, thinking that I didn't have the opportunity to get an internship in a big company, and I would lose a lot of chips in finding a job in the future. . . Looking back now, having internship experience in a big company is certainly a bargaining chip for job hunting, but it is not necessarily what it is. Whether a job can enter a big company is not only for internship, but also for many other comprehensive factors. So if you don't squeeze into the internship bridge of a big company, please don't sell yourself short, because there may be non-strength factors such as luck and probability in it. As long as you study hard before and then prepare well, it is only a matter of time before you enter a big company.

7. Those who don't want to go to a big company for internship: You may have heard that it depends on connections to find an internship. There is some truth in this sentence. If you can't get into a big company, there's nothing wrong with getting into a small and medium-sized company. It is good if relatives or friends can recommend internships to some companies, but it is not too difficult to take the initiative to find internships in some small companies. I have tried to find an internship myself before. Moreover, if you don't want to work in a big company, you don't need to squeeze into Guangzhou, but you can go back to your hometown for an internship, because your hometown may not be as competitive as Guangzhou, but internships are easy to find. It is said that some small accounting companies will also invite internships, but only to cope with the peak season, so don't expect too much to become a full member after the internship.

8. Are there any other internship channels? Yes In fact, you are much happier than your former brothers and sisters, because there were fewer companies recruiting internships in the past. Think about 1 to 2 months of internship. How much is the company willing to pay for you before it decides or has no intention of hiring you as a regular employee? From a business point of view, the less the better. If you can really learn something, even if the internship salary is very low, it is worthwhile. But if you already feel that there is nothing to learn in the company, don't stick to it, it's boring to waste time, so consider leaving as soon as possible. Whether you can learn anything in the internship is very subjective. Maybe the same job is meaningful to others and you think it's a waste of time. This doesn't mean that you must be wrong. Maybe you are really not suitable for this job. During the internship, you can still choose to leave, but when you become a regular employee, you can't be so chic.
