The minimum fee for each legal service fee is 500 yuan, and the maximum fee shall not exceed 80,000 yuan. 3. Grassroots legal services subject to government-guided prices shall not implement contingency fees. 4. To represent difficult and complex legal affairs, grassroots legal service offices can sign separate entrustment service agreements with clients, and jointly specify the items and contents of difficult and complex legal affairs. The charging standards can be negotiated and determined based on the government's guided prices. 5. This notice will be implemented from July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2020.
