32-year-old, temporary worker in state-owned enterprises, is there any point in persistence?

Enterprise temporary workers (contract workers and outsourcing workers) have different treatment, and there is no basic "way out". Some state-owned enterprises recruit a large number of contract workers and outsourcing workers (referred to as temporary workers) in auxiliary, alternative and temporary positions. These jobs are all three-sex jobs with low wages and low levels. If you don't like it, someone will. So state-owned enterprises don't care if you resign or not. These jobs are very mobile, and people come in and out.

Simple job skills, with a monthly salary of 3000 yuan. As soon as you resign, someone will take the lead. Therefore, you can't become a full member. This position is like this. There is nothing you can do about it. The threshold is too low, the competition is too great and the substitutability is too high. You can't bargain.

Secondly, the main position is mixed.

What does this mean? For example, the company has information network technicians, but no one inside the company does it. The superiors did not give employment indicators, so the contract workers or outsourcing workers recruited in the market are actually engaged in major technical positions and work with regular workers, but their wages and benefits are far lower than those of regular workers.

This mode of employment is the most unfair to these temporary workers. Better than regular workers, more overtime, but much less income. In this case, there is only one opportunity, one is that the position is important, and the other is that you are excellent, and the company may consider giving you a full-time job.
