What do you think of the employment prospects of marketing?

The employment situation is good, but it depends on whether you like it or not.

Simply put, it is ok to find a job after graduating from marketing. After all, the current market needs talents in this field. I am now in Tsingtao Brewery, and my classmates are involved in various industries, such as FMCG, industrial products, medicine, securities, finance, banking, advertising, management and so on (Shandong Finance and Economics).

Nowadays, many college graduates are not professional counterparts. If they are not extroverted children, marketing is not suitable for them. I first work in the marketing center of a securities company, which is a kind of business, but I have to learn some financial knowledge at work. The students don't want to say anything about the postgraduate entrance examination. There are many kinds of people who work, such as secretaries, clerks, assistants, flight attendants, business and reserve cadres, and there are many ambiguous positions.

As far as 30 people in our class are concerned, some are in graduate school and some are engaged in sales. For example, two are in Haier, 1 Little Swan, two are in the United States, one is in Great Wall Securities, and one is in Minsheng Bank. Some of them work in ports, logistics and transportation, such as two in COSCO and two in Zhongtong, and others can find jobs in other fields.

Let me talk about what our classmates are doing now. Some are engaged in sales in Haier, at the counter of Liqun Station, in Liqun Logistics, selling clothes, doing health care products, doing manpower, working as store managers and sales assistants in home appliance stores, and selling building materials. In fact, after finishing the undergraduate course, as a marketing, there are three main points:

First, the starting point of finishing undergraduate course is higher than other high points. If you want to go to a better company, education is still more important. After all, more and more units do not want non-undergraduate courses when recruiting, and the starting point of undergraduate courses is higher than others.

Second, in order to have a better development in the future marketing career, the professional knowledge is still more important, and no matter how good the non-professional performance is, there are many things that cannot be systematically mastered.

Third, if you want to take management positions, most units still require management majors, and marketing is also a branch of management.
