Laixi Yongjing Iron and Steel Plant implements three shifts.

There are three shifts every Monday, that is, the day shift lasts for one week and shifts on Saturday. For example, I work in the day shift this week, get off work at 0/6: 00 on Saturday, and work at night shift at 23: 30 on Saturday. You have to work the night shift for a week, finish the last night shift on Saturday and come to the middle shift on Sunday 15: 30.

The middle shift lasts for another week. I finish the middle shift on Saturday night, and then I start the day shift at 7: 30 on Sunday morning, so I change shifts, that is, three shifts are shifted twice and the big shift is closed once.
