Decision of Zhanjiang Municipal People's Government on Amending the Regulations on the Construction and Management of Zhanjiang Full-time Fire Brigade (2020)

First, second, ninth in the "public security fire brigade" is amended as "national comprehensive fire rescue team". Two, fifth, tenth, thirteenth to fourteenth, sixteenth to eighteenth, twentieth to twenty-sixth, twenty-eighth, thirtieth and thirty-sixth in the "public security organs" to "fire rescue agencies". Three, sixth in the "public security team" is revised as "national comprehensive fire rescue team" and "public security fire brigade" is revised as "national comprehensive fire rescue force". Four, seventh in the "active fire officers and soldiers" to "national comprehensive fire rescue team commander". 5. In the first item of Article 8, "1200m2" is amended as "1000m2", in the second item, "800m2" is amended as "700m2" and in the third item, "300m2" is amended as "350m2". Six, the second paragraph of article eighteenth in the "public security fire brigade" is amended as "national comprehensive fire rescue team". Seven, nineteenth in the "police station" is amended as "county (city, district) fire rescue agencies". 8. Paragraph 2 of Article 23 is amended as: "Each full-time fire brigade of the township government is equipped with a captain, and towns with conditions can be equipped with a full-time vice captain to be responsible for the daily management of the full-time fire brigade."

The third paragraph of Article 23 is amended as: "The appointment and removal of the captain and deputy captain of the full-time fire brigade of the township government shall be carried out by the township people's government in accordance with their qualifications, selection procedures and term of office, and shall be reported to the local fire rescue agency for the record." Nine, the second paragraph of article thirty-second in the "active firefighters" is amended as "national comprehensive fire rescue team firefighters".

This decision shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.

"Zhanjiang full-time fire brigade construction management regulations" shall be revised according to this decision and re released.
