Since 2004, China Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Enterprise Association has organized the training and assessment of "international business clerks" nationwide, aiming at enabling most international business clerks to acquire strong professional knowledge and ability through training and fundamentally promoting the healthy development of the whole international business field.

Examination subjects: basic theory and knowledge of international business documents; Operation and Compilation of International Business Documents, with a full score of 100 and a score of 60 or above.

Examination content: Based on the textbook "Theory and Practice of International Business Documents" and "National International Business Documents Examination Outline and Review Guide", it was compiled by the National International Business Documents Examination Office and published by China Commercial Press.

Those who pass the two examinations will get the certificate of "International Business Information Officer" issued by China Foreign Economic and Trade Enterprises Association. Those who pass the single-subject examination can keep their qualified scores until the next period.

Enterprises should effectively supervise the whole trade link, and document management is the last link. Even if there are no problems in negotiation, signing, stocking, inspection, customs declaration, insurance and delivery, there will be problems in making and submitting documents, which will also lead to the abandonment of business. Therefore, all enterprises should strengthen and attach importance to the documentary work, and strive to draw a satisfactory full stop for each business.
