Recruitment conditions for public institutions

Applicants for recruitment by public institutions must have Chinese nationality, have good political quality and moral character, have the physical condition and psychological quality to perform their duties normally, and have the professional knowledge and business capabilities required for the position, as well as academic degrees, etc. The requirements are as follows.

(1) Basic conditions

1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;

2. Support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system, and abide by disciplines and laws;

3. Have good political quality and moral character;

4. Have the physical condition and mental quality to perform duties normally;

5. Have the professional knowledge and business capabilities required for the position.

(2) The following persons cannot apply

1. Active military personnel;

2. Non-fresh graduates who are studying full-time in colleges and universities;

3. Persons who are under investigation for suspected violations of laws and disciplines and persons who have not yet been released from party and political discipline;

4. Persons who have been found to have serious violations of disciplines and regulations in civil service recruitment and public recruitment examinations for public institutions and are still within the suspension period;

5. Personnel who should implement the avoidance system in accordance with the "Regulations on Disqualification of Personnel Management of Public Institutions";

6. Other situations stipulated by laws and regulations.
