Four. Recruitment procedure
(1) Registration
1. Basic conditions for registration

(4) Conforming to the family planning policy.
(5) Persons suspected of violating the law and discipline, who are under review and have not yet reached a conclusion, or other persons who do not meet the recruitment requirements of public institutions shall not be accepted for registration.
(6) Recruitment targets are mainly for people with Dongguan household registration.
2. Registration method
Take the form of on-site registration and on-site qualification examination. Fill in the Application Form for Open Recruiters in Guangdong Province (filled in or printed in black ink) and attach the qualification examination materials.
3. Registration time: 2013165438+1October 25-27.
4. Registration place: Office of the Preparation Center, 5th floor, Planning Bureau Building, Dongcheng Middle Road, Dongguan.
(2) Qualification examination
According to the recruitment conditions, Dongguan Urban and Rural Planning Bureau is responsible for on-site examination of registration qualifications, issuing admission tickets to applicants who have passed the qualification examination, and notifying the examination time and place.
Information submitted for qualification examination:
1. Original and photocopy of ID card;
2. The original and photocopy of the household registration book;
3. Resume, education, degree certificate, original and photocopy of verification certificate;
4. 3 recent one-inch bareheaded color ID photos;
5. Original 1 copy of "Application Form for Open Recruiters in Institutions of Guangdong Province".
(3) Examination
The examination adopts a combination of written examination and interview. The examination content includes the professional knowledge, business ability and work skills required for the recruitment position. If the ratio of the number of applicants to the number of job recruiters is less than 3: 1, the job recruitment will be cancelled.

Candidates take the written test with the admission ticket and ID card. The written test time is 2 hours. The written test adopts the scoring system of 100, and the written test is set to 60 as the qualified score line. The written test scores are sorted from high to low, and they enter the interview according to the ratio of 1:3. If the interviewer does not reach 1:3, the interview shall be conducted according to the actual number of finalists. The written test results and interview list will be published in Dongguan Human Resources Government Information Network, Dongguan Urban and Rural Planning Bureau Network and Dongguan Editing and Research Center Network within 10 working days after the written test.

The interview takes the form of question and answer, and the interview setting of 60 is divided into qualified scores. Candidates participating in the interview should draw lots 30 minutes before the interview to determine the interview order. Those who fail to report on time or leave the examination room halfway are regarded as giving up the exam, and the interview results will be announced on the spot after the interview. The interview time and place will be announced separately.
3. Calculation of test scores
Total test score = written test score ×40%+ interview score ×60%. The total score of the exam is set at 75 points, which is divided into qualified scores. Those who pass the total score will be determined according to the number of candidates to be recruited and the total score of the exam from high to low. If the total score of the applicants for the recruitment position does not reach 75 points, the recruitment for the position will be cancelled.
(4) Physical examination
Organize medical examination candidates to carry out medical examination in accordance with the "Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Physical Examination of Open Recruiters in Institutions of Guangdong Province (Trial)".
(5) Investigation
According to the Detailed Rules for the Inspection of Open Recruiters in Institutions of Guangdong Province (Trial), those who pass the physical examination are inspected.
(six) to determine the proposed personnel, publicity.
Those who pass the physical examination and inspection are determined to be candidates, and they will be publicized on Dongguan Human Resources Government Information Network, Dongguan Urban and Rural Planning Bureau Network and Dongguan Editorial Research Center Network.
If the position to be hired is vacant due to medical examination or other reasons, it shall be implemented in accordance with Article 27 of the Measures for Open Recruitment of Institutions in Guangdong Province.
(7) Handling employment procedures.
If there is no objection to the personnel to be hired after publicity, Dongguan Urban and Rural Planning Bureau will publish the list and apply for approval and employment according to the prescribed procedures and authority.
(eight) the results for the record
After signing the employment contract, report the recruitment results to Dongguan Human Resources Bureau for the record.
