1. Recruitment scope and conditions
(1) Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China.
(2) Abide by the constitution and laws and have good moral character.
(3) Unless otherwise required by the position, applicants must be born after February 21, 1982 (inclusive).
(4) Be physically and mentally healthy and meet the physical examination standards for the recruitment position.
(5) Have all other qualifications required for the recruitment position.
(6) Comply with other conditions stipulated in laws and regulations.
Recruitment positions mainly refer to the relevant professional subject catalog of the Ministry of Education to set professional requirements. Majors in the national technical college professional catalog formulated by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security that meet the recruitment needs of the recruiting unit can also apply.
The majors stated in the academic certificate of the applicant should be consistent with the professional requirements of the recruitment position. Applicants who have obtained nationally recognized minor professional certificates or double degree certificates during the general full-time higher education stage can be compared with the corresponding majors. The graduation certificate is used in conjunction with the application, and the application is based on the majors indicated on the minor certificate and double degree certificate.

(2) Specific requirements

The plan to cancel the verification and reduction of targeted recruitment positions for "service grassroots project personnel" and "retired college graduate soldiers" will be adjusted to other recruitment positions within the recruitment unit.

3. Qualification review
The qualification review of applicants runs through the entire recruitment process. The results of the online preliminary review will not be used as the final basis for determining compliance with the application conditions.

If the materials submitted for the on-site qualification review are incomplete, they must be submitted before 17:00 on the next day of the on-site qualification review.
The unit agrees that the application certificate must be provided in the format of Attachment 3. If it cannot be provided during the on-site qualification review for some reason, it can also be provided before 17:00 on the second working day after the interview.
Failure to submit relevant materials and certificates within the specified time will be deemed as a waiver.
Those who do not meet the qualifications to take the exam will be disqualified.
Vacancies for interviewers due to abstention or disqualification after the written test shall be filled in sequence according to the written test scores within the written test passing score line with the approval of the recruitment authority.
The on-site qualification review will be organized jointly by the recruitment authority and the recruitment unit authority.
If there is any inconsistency between the results of the on-site qualification review and the online preliminary review, the results of the on-site qualification review shall prevail.
4. Examination
The recruitment examination adopts the method of written examination first and then interview.
Written test scores, interview scores, and total test scores are all calculated using the percentage system and are rounded to two decimal places.

If the last two candidates entering the on-site qualification review area have tied written test scores, they will enter the on-site qualification review area together.
For positions with zero qualified people in the written examination, the employment plan will be cancelled; for those positions that do not meet the prescribed ratio, the on-site qualification review will be determined based on the actual number of qualified people.
Those who have passed the on-site qualification review and received the interview notice should participate in the interview as required.
