In order to strive to build a youth- and talent-friendly city and strengthen the source construction of a team of high-quality professional young cadres, after research, it was decided to openly select and recruit Taizhou City Party and Government Young Talents in 2023 (hereinafter referred to as "Party Youth ").
The relevant matters are now announced as follows:
1. Number of people to be selected
It is planned to select and recruit 60 party youth ***.
Among them: 30 personnel from municipal government agencies (hereinafter referred to as "public institutions") and 30 personnel from municipal state-owned enterprises (hereinafter referred to as "state-owned enterprises").
2. Selection Scope and Targets

3. Basic conditions for selection of candidates

4. Have strong organizational and coordination skills and language expression skills;

8. Other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.
4. Selection Procedure
1. Sign up.
Applicants must log in to the Taizhou Talent Network (www.tzjob.com) and select a position for online registration. The registration period is from the date the brochure is released to 17:30 on February 28, 2023.
For positions where the ratio of the number of applicants to the number of candidates is less than 2:1, the number of candidates will be reduced as appropriate.
2. Qualification review.
In early March 2023, a preliminary qualification review will be conducted on the applicants, and the preliminary list of candidates for interview will be determined and notified by text message.
The day before the interview, an on-site qualification review will be conducted, and interview notices will be issued to those who meet the conditions.
3. Interview.
The interview is initially scheduled to be held in Taizhou in mid-March 2023 (the specific time and location will be notified separately). The interview will mainly be conducted in the form of a combination of leaderless group discussion and structured interview, among which Chinese companies are required to conduct Professional additional exam.
The interview results will be announced on the spot.
A transportation subsidy of 500 yuan will be given to interviewees from universities within the province, and a transportation subsidy of 1,000 yuan will be given to those from universities outside the province (including overseas universities).
4. Physical examination.
Each position will determine the candidates for the physical examination from high scores to low scores according to a certain gap ratio. The physical examination will be organized on the second day after the interview, and shall be implemented with reference to the "General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)".
5. Inspection.
The candidates who have passed the physical examination will be inspected, and the candidates to be selected will be determined according to the number of candidates from high scores to low scores based on the inspection results.
6. Public announcement.
The list of candidates to be selected will be published on the Taizhou Talent Network (www.tzjob.com) for 5 working days.
When there are vacancies due to unqualified applicants, voluntary giving up, etc., they will be filled and announced in order from the highest score to the lowest score according to the position.
The deadline for supplementary work is July 31, 2023.
7. Recruitment.
If there is no objection to the announcement, an employment agreement will be signed with the person to be hired.
In August 2023, an employment contract will be formally signed with my academic degree certificate, academic certification certificate, employment agreement, etc.
The minimum service period in Taizhou is 5 years (including probation period).
5. Training and management
1. The selection, recruitment and training management are responsible for the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee Organization Department, the Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
2. A probation period will be set for newly recruited party youths.
Among them:
(1) The probation period for public institutions is 1 year, and generally they will be assigned to front-line practical training in investment promotion and project construction in development parks and economically developed towns; they will pass the assessment at the end of the probation period , those who meet the job requirements and perform well will be hired for level 8 or level 7 management positions on a merit-based basis.
(2) The probation period for state-owned enterprises is 6 months, and they are generally assigned to the front lines of projects and construction sites of municipal state-owned enterprises for practical training; those who pass the assessment after the probation period, meet the job requirements, and perform well will be selected on the basis of merit. Recruit assistant to the director of the functional department of the group company headquarters or assistant to the general manager of the subsidiary.
If the employee fails to pass the assessment at the end of the probationary period or fails to obey organizational arrangements or violates employment management regulations, the employment contract will be terminated.
3. VI. Remuneration and benefits
1.
