According to the Ministry of Labor and Personnel Labor and Human Resources Protection [1985] No. 6 "On Reform The spirit of the "Notice on the Approval of Early Retirement Work Types by All Competent Departments" and the "Request for Instructions on Applying for Early Retirement Work Types of Toxic and Hazardous, High Temperature, and Special Complex Works" issued by the Shanghai Second Light Industry Bureau on July 16, 1987, Shanghai Erqing [87] Lao Zi No. 517 》Opinions, and after on-site investigation by our Ministry, it was agreed to list 31 types of jobs in the hardware, leather, furniture, culture and education industries as early retirement jobs in the light industry. Anyone who meets one of the following conditions can apply for retirement in accordance with the provisions of Article 1 (2) of the "Interim Measures of the State Council on the Retirement of Workers" No. 104 [1978]:

1. Engage in high-altitude work and particularly heavy physical labor for a cumulative total of 10 years;

2. Engaged in underground and high-temperature work for a cumulative total of 9 years;

3. Engaged in other work harmful to health for a cumulative total of 8 years years.
