China Futures Association decided to hold two Futures Practitioner Qualification Examinations in 2006 The personnel qualification examination is held once in the first and second half of the year. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:

1. Organization and leadership of the examination

The China Futures Association is responsible for organizing the qualification examination.

2. Application conditions

1. Be at least 18 years old and have full capacity for civil conduct;

2. Have a high school degree or above (or equivalent);< /p>

3. Have good conduct and good professional ethics;

4. No serious illegal records in the past three years.

3. Examination Subjects and Time

The subjects of the Futures Practitioner Qualification Examination are two subjects, basic knowledge of futures and futures laws and regulations. The test time for each subject is 100 minutes.

The exam time for the first half of the year is: June 10th and 11th.

The exam time for the second half of the year is November 25th and 26th.

4. Examination Method

The national unified examination is a closed-book, computer-based examination.

5. Registration method, time and fees

Online registration, first registration period: April 3 to April 19, 2006. The payment deadline is April 21st. Admission tickets will be issued from May 30, 2006 to before the start of the exam.

Second registration period: September 11-September 27, 2006. The payment deadline is September 29th. Admission tickets will be issued from November 15, 2006 to before the start of the exam.

The examination fee is 70 yuan per subject (excluding teaching material fees). Candidates must pay by post office remittance.

6. Examination syllabus and designated teaching materials

For details on the examination syllabus and teaching material ordering methods for the first half of the year, please see the website of the China Futures Industry Association. Designated textbook for futures basic knowledge subjects: Futures Market Tutorial (Third Edition) (The 2006 reprint of the textbook contains a small amount of content corrections and updates. Candidates using the 2005 textbook should refer to the "Textbook Content Correction and Update Instructions"). Designated textbook for futures laws and regulations subjects: "Futures Law and Supervision System". Both textbooks are compiled by the China Futures Association and published by China Finance and Economics Press.

7. Examination Locations

This examination will have examination venues in the following 35 cities: Beijing, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang, Taiyuan, Shenyang, Changchun, Harbin, Shanghai, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Hefei, Fuzhou, Nanchang, Jinan, Zhengzhou, Wuhan, Changsha, Guangzhou, Nanning, Haikou, Chongqing, Chengdu, Guiyang, Kunming, Xi'an, Lanzhou, Yinchuan, Xining, Urumqi, Hohhot, Dalian, Qingdao, Ningbo, Xiamen, Shenzhen. Candidates can choose any city to register and take the exam in this city.

8. Other matters and explanations

1. Candidates' scores are valid for two years. Those who pass both exams can apply for professional qualifications from the association.

2. The 2004 exam scores will continue to be valid this year.
