I. Service enterprises and allocation of indicators

Third, the recruitment method

The recruitment and determination of service personnel shall be organized by the County People's Social Security Bureau to hold a "double-election meeting", which shall be determined according to the procedures of voluntary registration of graduates, two-way docking between graduates and employers, on-site interview of employers, and qualification examination of service personnel by the People's Social Security Bureau. Fourth, support policies.

(a) the term of employment of graduates in enterprises is 3 years. During the service period, graduates sign labor contracts with employers, and employers pay wages (not lower than the local minimum wage), and handle social insurance for graduates according to regulations. The provincial finance gives a living allowance of 1500 yuan per person per month. The employer is responsible for arranging jobs, providing necessary working, living and learning conditions, and undertaking daily management assessment.
