And the spirit of the Notice of the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau on Guiding College Graduates to Serve Enterprises in 20 17 (Longrenshefa [20 17] No.335), with the consent of the county government, the relevant matters concerning guiding college graduates to serve enterprises in 2017 in our county are hereby announced as follows:

I. Service enterprises and allocation of indicators

Second, the scope and conditions of recruitment

Xihe Shengyuan, a fresh or previous college graduate who has left school without employment, holds an employment notice or employment registration card sent by the department of human resources and social security of the student's origin, and reports to the college (higher vocational) and above graduates registered in the student's origin according to regulations. Meet the following conditions at the same time:

1, love the motherland, abide by the law, and have good conduct.

2. I have the physical conditions to perform my duties normally, and I am willing to serve in the enterprise, which meets the recruitment conditions of the employer.

3, after the expiration of service, voluntarily stay in the enterprise or choose their own jobs.

Third, the recruitment method

The recruitment and determination of service personnel shall be organized by the County People's Social Security Bureau to hold a "double-election meeting", which shall be determined according to the procedures of voluntary registration of graduates, two-way docking between graduates and employers, on-site interview of employers, and qualification examination of service personnel by the People's Social Security Bureau. On August 27th, 2065438, the graduates sent their diplomas, employment notices or employment registration cards, household registration books, ID cards and other materials back to the Human Resources Department of the place of origin to participate in the "Double Election Meeting" on the first floor of the training building of the county vocational secondary school. The employer shall give priority to the employment of ordinary college graduates from urban and rural low-income families, poor families and families with employment difficulties. When they are short of service personnel within the scope of professional needs, they can choose the best candidate in related similar majors. Fourth, support policies.

(a) the term of employment of graduates in enterprises is 3 years. During the service period, graduates sign labor contracts with employers, and employers pay wages (not lower than the local minimum wage), and handle social insurance for graduates according to regulations. The provincial finance gives a living allowance of 1500 yuan per person per month. The employer is responsible for arranging jobs, providing necessary working, living and learning conditions, and undertaking daily management assessment.

(two) during the service period, the personnel files of graduates are represented by the county talent center free of charge. Calculate length length of service. Graduates are allowed to participate in the recruitment of civil servants, institutions, grassroots service projects and other employers and full-time postgraduate examinations during their service.

(three) after the expiration of the service, the employer should actively absorb and retain. Accept the graduate service or the number of retained employees reaches certain conditions, and enjoy relevant preferential policies in accordance with the regulations; Encourage graduates to continue to work in the original unit after the expiration of service, and choose their own jobs without being retained. Graduates who have passed the examination after the expiration of service will participate in the recruitment of civil servants or institutions and enjoy the relevant preferential policies for grassroots service projects of college graduates.
