2. Recruitment objects, units, positions and qualifications

3. Registration
(1) Registration channels
The registration, registration, inquiry, payment and printing of admission tickets for this open recruitment examination shall be through Hubei The Provincial Personnel Examination Network () is conducted.

(1) Written test subjects, time and location

(2) Written test categories and content
1. Based on the characteristics of different recruitment positions, the candidates are divided into comprehensive management categories (Category A), social sciences and technical categories (Category B), and natural sciences. The exams are divided into five categories: professional skills (Category C), primary and secondary school teachers (Category D), and medical and health care (Category E).
2. Candidates for all positions must take the two subject examinations of the corresponding categories in the unified written examination.

(3) Definition of the proportion of examination openings
In order to achieve competitive selection, in principle, the planned number of people according to the position and the number of applicants shall not be lower than the proportion stipulated in the "Position List" (shortlisted for interviews) Proportion) exam starts.

(4) Written test results

5. Qualification review
(1) Ranking from high to low based on the position written test scores, the number of shortlisted candidates for qualification review will be determined at a ratio of 3:1 to the number of job recruits, and the last one will be If there is a tie in scores, the qualifications will be reviewed together.
(2) The qualification review is led by the Xiantao City Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and each employer and its competent department organizes and implements it.
During the qualification review, those who plan to participate in the interview shall provide original or photocopies of relevant certification materials such as their ID cards, admission tickets, graduation certificates, academic degree certificates, and electronic materials as required by the recruiting unit.
(3) Candidates who will graduate in 2023 and have not yet obtained a graduation certificate should provide: second-generation ID card, student ID card, graduate recommendation form, and a certificate for fresh graduates issued by the Academic Affairs Office (Academic Affairs Office) of the university. VI. Interview
(1) The interview focuses on assessing the candidates’ professional knowledge, business abilities and work skills that are suitable for the position, and testing the overall quality and Relevant abilities and the ability to comprehensively apply professional knowledge to solve practical problems at work.
Interviews are generally conducted in the form of structured interviews, trial lectures, skill tests, live performances, practical operations, leaderless group discussions, etc.
(2) According to the interview shortlisted ratio specified in the "Position Table", each competent department determines the interview shortlisted candidates in order from high to low according to the positions candidates apply for and the written test scores.
If the number of people shortlisted for interviews does not reach the specified proportion, the recruiting unit shall submit an adjustment application for cancellation, reduction or retention. After review and approval by the competent department, it shall be reported to the Xiantao City Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for filing and approved. The official website of Xiantao City Human Resources and Social Security Bureau announced the adjustment.
(3) The interview announcement shall be published on the official website of Xiantao City Human Resources and Social Security Bureau before the interview. Related matters shall be subject to the interview announcement.
(4) After the interview announcement is released, within 5 days before the interview date, if the shortlisted candidates do not reach the specified proportion due to factors such as candidate abstention, no replacement will be made.
Unless otherwise required by the recruiting unit, the minimum passing score for the interview is 60 points.
The interview announcement will make it clear that for positions where the ratio of the number of shortlisted candidates for interviews or the number of actual interview participants to the planned number of positions is equal to or less than 1:1, a separate minimum qualifying line for interview scores will be set.
Candidates who are below the minimum passing mark cannot enter the next recruitment stage.
7. Calculation of test scores
(1) Score weight.
After the written test and interview scores are converted into a hundred-point score, they will be included in the total score with weights of 40 and 60 respectively.
If it involves professional testing during the interview session, the score ratio of the professional testing should be clearly stated in the interview announcement.
(2) Scoring method.
The full score of "Vocational Aptitude Test" and "Comprehensive Application Ability" are both 150 points, totaling 300 points; the full score of the interview is 100 points.
The candidate's written test score = ("Vocational Aptitude Test" and "Comprehensive Application Ability" paper score) ÷3; the candidate's interview score is the interview score.
The candidate’s total score = written test score × 40 and interview score × 60.
(3) Bonus points policy.
1. According to the policy requirements of the country and our province on guiding and encouraging college graduates to work at the grassroots level and join the army, the "three branches" who have served for 2 years before July 31, 2023 and passed the assessment The extra points policy will be implemented for personnel of the "One Support" program and the University Student Volunteer Service Western Plan project, as well as retired soldiers who are college graduates who have served in the military for more than 5 years (inclusive).

9. Physical examination and inspection
(1) According to the ratio of 1:1 to the planned number of recruitment positions, candidates for physical examination and inspection will be determined based on the total score of the candidates from high to low.
(2) The physical examination shall be organized and implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations on the physical examination for civil servant recruitment.
If relevant industries have occupational access regulations, the relevant regulations shall be followed.
When recruiting disabled people, the physical examination conditions must be reasonably determined.
The physical examination results shall be subject to the official physical examination conclusion issued by the physical examination institution.
If re-examination is required, the re-examination agency will be randomly determined among qualified physical examination institutions, and re-examination can only be conducted once.
(2) Applicants must complete all physical examination items carefully. If they do not complete the physical examination items as required within the specified time, they will be deemed to have automatically given up their physical examination qualifications.
For female applicants who are pregnant, relevant physical examination items should be postponed according to medical advice and will be re-examined after the pregnancy. Those who pass the physical examination will then go through relevant procedures.
(3) The competent department and the recruiting unit are responsible for the physical examination and inspection work.
The specific contents of the inspection shall be adhered to the standards of having both ability and political integrity and putting morality first, focusing on a comprehensive inspection of the candidates’ political ideology, moral character, abilities, work performance, compliance with laws and regulations, integrity and self-discipline, etc. Extended inspections can be conducted on various types of integrity information such as the integrity records of candidates taking national statutory examinations.

If the investigation reveals circumstances that may affect employment and are verified to be true, the employment qualification will be cancelled.
(4) If the candidate voluntarily gives up or fails the physical examination or inspection, the recruiting unit can supplement the physical examination or inspection personnel in order according to the overall position ranking.
10. Announcement and Recruitment
After the physical examination and inspection, the recruiting unit will collectively study and determine the candidates based on the candidates' comprehensive scores, physical examination, and inspection situation. After approval by the competent department, a final decision will be made. A written report shall be submitted to Xiantao City Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for filing.
The proposed personnel will be announced on the official website of Xiantao City Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the announcement time will be no less than 7 working days.
For candidates who have no objections to the announcement, or who have objections but which will not affect their employment after investigation, go through the relevant employment procedures.
If issues affecting employment are reflected in the announcement and are verified to be true, the employee will not be hired.
If the problems reflected in the announcement are difficult to verify at the moment, the employment will be suspended until a decision is made on whether to hire.
If an employed person fails to report for work without justifiable reasons within 20 days after receiving the employment notice, his employment qualification will be cancelled.
Newly recruited personnel are subject to job management in accordance with the "Personnel Management Regulations of Public Institutions". The employer signs an employment contract with them, agrees on a probationary period and is included in the employment period, and implements the salary and benefits stipulated in relevant policies.
11. Handling of Violations of Discipline and Violations
Candidates and staff who violate disciplines in open recruitment will be dealt with in accordance with the "Regulations on the Handling of Violations of Discipline and Violations in Public Recruitment by Public Institutions" (Order of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security) No. 35), suspected crimes will be promptly transferred to judicial organs for processing.
