Article 18 If a unit responsible for promoting and managing civilized behavior and its staff commit any of the following acts, the directly responsible person in charge and the directly responsible person shall be punished in accordance with the law:

Article 19 Violates the provisions of paragraph 2 of Article 10 of these Regulations by failing to equip catering service operators with serving chopsticks and serving spoons, or violates the provisions of paragraph 3 by failing to provide catering service personnel with direct contact with food.
