Printing and Dyeing Group owns the National Textile Testing Center and has passed the certification of China National Accreditation Committee for Laboratories (CNAL). It is one of the testing institutions recognized by international multilateral organizations. In 2006, there were 12 printing and dyeing subsidiaries under the group, with the annual printing and dyeing processing capacity exceeding1200 million meters, ranking first in Asia, and the products were exported to the United States, Germany, Turkey, France and neighboring countries and regions. In 2006, the Group's printing and dyeing was rated as the third among the top ten printing and dyeing industries in China in 2005 by China Printing and Dyeing Association. In April, 2006, Hong Sheng International Hotel (four-star), the highest star hotel in Shengze, was successfully opened, rewriting its star record for many years. In 2002, the group invested in the construction of a 600,000-ton melt direct spinning project, and the patented technology of DuPont Company was introduced into the polyester plant, which was designed in detail by Condex Engineering Company. Spinning equipment introduces the technology of German Bamag company, buys the latest Bamag equipment and is equipped with the most advanced control system; In the texturing workshop, the texturing machines of Bamage and Japan TMT are selected respectively according to the types of texturing products. The first phase of the group's chemical fiber project was officially put into production in May 2004. With excellent product quality and excellent service, it quickly seized the market and its products were recognized by the majority of users. It has entered high-end markets such as Xiamen Luxiang, Taiwan Province Yijin and Korean Xiaoxing. In 2006, the company 150D/ 144F moisture-absorbing and sweat-wicking yarn, 75D/36F flat yarn and many other products passed the provincial new product appraisal in one fell swoop, and "Hong Sheng polyester filament" SHCOOL won the title of famous brand product in Jiangsu Province, which established the status of "China fine denier yarn expert" in Hong Sheng Chemical Fiber.
