According to the needs of career development and with the approval of the Provincial Department of Personnel, the fishery administration center stations of Huangdao, Yantai, Yangkou, Changdao and Haiyang in the provinces affiliated to the Fishery Administration Division of our department are recruiting special positions (fishery administration Crew) staff of 10. 1. Organization and implementation

In 2008, the open recruitment of fishery crew members at the five central stations managed by the Provincial Fishery Supervision and Management Office adhered to the principle of having both ability and political integrity. According to the conditions and requirements of the recruitment positions, our department will organize registration, qualification review, examination and assessment, physical examination and other work in accordance with relevant documents.

2. Recruiting units, positions and application conditions

(1) Basic conditions for application

3. Recruitment Procedures

(1) Registration and preliminary qualification review

Applicants please log on to the "Sea Shandong" website (www.hssd.gov.cn) Download and fill out the "Application Registration Form" as required, and send it to the Human Resources Office of the Provincial Department of Oceans and Fisheries by email before May 5 (email: rsc@hssd.gov.cn). The Personnel Department, together with the Provincial Fishery Supervision and Management Office, will conduct a preliminary qualification review of applicants and notify qualified applicants by phone about the written examination.

(2) Examination and Qualification Review

The examination is divided into written examination and interview.

1. Written test.

The content of the written test is mainly based on professional basic knowledge, supplemented by basic public knowledge. It mainly tests the applicant's mastery of the professional basic knowledge required for the position to be applied for.

2. Interview. Candidates for the interview will be determined based on the written test scores from high to low in a ratio of 1:3. If there are less than 3 people, the candidates will be determined based on the actual number of people. The interview adopts a structured interview method, which mainly tests the comprehensive analysis ability, response ability, verbal expression ability, professional knowledge and business ability of the candidates necessary for the position they are applying for. The interview time for each candidate generally does not exceed 20 minutes.

Qualification review will be conducted before the interview. Applicants who enter the interview scope must submit the original ID card, the original graduate employment recommendation letter printed by the school (including the transcript stamped by the department), and 2 recent 1-inch photos of the same background without a hat. Employed graduates must also submit the original graduate employment registration certificate. For other qualifications required for recruitment positions, applicants must provide relevant certificates and original materials. Those who do not meet the application requirements after review will be disqualified from the interview. Vacancies caused by abstention or disqualification will be filled in order based on the results of the written examination.

The time and place of the written test and interview will be notified later.

(3) Physical examination and assessment

The written test results will not be carried into the interview. Each recruitment position will determine the candidates for the physical examination and assessment based on interview scores from high to low at a ratio of no less than 1.2 times the number of recruits, and organize physical examinations and assessments in equal numbers in sequence. If they are all qualified, no other candidates will be included in the assessment. Organize physical examinations and assessments for personnel. The vacancies caused by those who fail the physical examination and assessment will be filled in equal amounts in sequence from other people who enter the assessment scope of the same position. The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the transportation industry standard "Physical Examination Requirements for Sea-Going Ship Crews". The assessment will assess the ideological and political performance, moral character, professional ability, work performance and other aspects of the personnel to be hired in the form of file review, identity verification, individual interviews, and holding symposiums, etc., and the qualifications of the finalists will be reviewed. If an applicant is found to have filled out the form incorrectly and does not meet the application requirements, his or her qualifications will be cancelled.

(4) Announcement and employment procedures

Based on the results of interviews, assessments, and physical examinations, the candidates to be hired will be selected and announced on the "Ocean Shandong" website. The publicity period is 7 sky. If there is no objection, the employer shall work with the Personnel Department to put forward employment opinions and report them to the Provincial Department of Personnel for record, and the Provincial Department of Personnel will issue a "Public Institution Recruitment Notice". After the hiring personnel are registered, the legal representative of the hiring unit signs an employment contract with the hired personnel, establishes the personnel relationship, and handles related procedures such as file relationships, wages, household registration transfer, and dispatch of graduates in accordance with regulations. Those who cannot graduate as scheduled will be disqualified from employment. Employed personnel shall implement a probation period system in accordance with regulations. Those who are qualified upon expiration of the period shall be formally employed, and those who are unqualified shall be terminated from the employment contract. The trial period is 12 months.

5. Supervision work
