This expressway is from Xing Wu to Deqing in Shanghai-Hangzhou expressway, and the groundbreaking ceremony was held on June 30th, 2020+February 30th, 2020. This line is the expressway project with the largest investment in Huzhou so far. Upon completion, Huzhou will add another expressway to Hangzhou to ease the traffic pressure of Hangzhou-Nanjing Expressway and Lianhang Expressway.

The starting point of Xing Wu-Deqing section of Shanghai-Hangzhou Expressway is located near Shengjiaqiao in Zhili Town, Wuxing District, Huzhou, connecting Zhejiang-Anhui Expressway in Su Shen, passing through Wuxing District, Nanxun District and Deqing County, and ending at Xujiaqiao in Xin 'an Town, Deqing County, connecting Lianhang Expressway. The total length of the route is about 44.9 kilometers, and the total investment is about 65.438+0.697 billion yuan. The investment is really large, and the average cost of one kilometer is about 378 million yuan.

The Xing Wu-Deqing section of Shanghai-Hangzhou Expressway is built according to the standard of two-way six-lane expressway, with the design speed of120km/h. Nine interchanges and five toll stations will be built along the whole line, and the 13.5km interchange line will be built simultaneously. There are 30 bridges along expressway, and the bridges and tunnels along expressway are relatively high, so the construction period is 42 months.

The construction of this expressway will also connect four expressway cities in the province in series, namely Zhejiang-Anhui Expressway, Shenjiahu Expressway, West Double Line of Hangzhou Ring Expressway and Lianhang Expressway.
