How can I improve my interview ability?

Whether you are looking for a job after graduating from college or want to change jobs, you hope to give full play to your "interview ability".

The basic elements of this ability actually come from two aspects:

1. Your understanding of your own experience, experience, growth and values (who are you, where are you from-how did you become this person and where do you want to go)

2. Your understanding of the company position.

On the one hand, your understanding of yourself is that you will tell your story. Where did you learn your present abilities? Through what project experience? ? What was the result? ? You need to remember the details of these stories. Start writing a diary. ? Start reviewing. ? Start living a good story-that is, you need information to tell a story at work. ? Finally, you need to know how to tell stories.

Secondly, you need to collect information, study the company, what abilities this position needs, what problems need to be solved, and then state what abilities and experience you can do for this job.

Judging from my own interview experience, the so-called interview ability should be in two aspects.

One is professional skills, which can't be done soon. Even if you study in a training class, it will take months to have something to say, but the actual effect still depends on your previous foundation. The quickest way is to brush the questions, but the foundation is not good, and the brush questions themselves have no good foundation, so they can only be a living horse doctor.

There are also interview skills, which can be improved, especially for newly graduated students who really don't know how to answer recruiters' questions when they first start looking for a job. They may forget familiar knowledge because of nervousness and finally lose valuable opportunities. The best way is to interview more. Yes, I don't have to interview with the mentality of looking for a job, but I interview for the sake of an interview. I have also participated in many interviews of this type.

These two points are the focus of the interview. You can only use time to explore and study hard. At a certain stage, you will find that the job is still easy to find. The basic interview is guaranteed, but you can improve your needs and treatment even if you want to go or not.
