Scratch line coating is used for one-time molding, and then the plastic produced by the calender is attached to the base cloth. It is said that the surface finish of scraped skin is better. A large number of recycled materials can be used for calendering, but the scratch line coating can't. Hard artificial leather can't be made by scratch line coating, and soft artificial leather can't be made by calendering line. Anti-skid pad: Anti-skid pad and foam pad are industries with rapid growth of DOP consumption in recent years. Now there are nearly ten enterprises producing in Guangdong. Distributed in Guangzhou, Foshan, Dongguan and Zhuhai. Large anti-skid pad factories can use more than 200 tons per month. Anti-skid pads are mainly exported due to the high unit price at present, and the United States is the main export destination country of anti-skid pads. The domestic market is mainly in Yiwu and Xinjiang. Toys: The toy industry was originally the main use industry of DINP. Later, with the price of DINP approaching DOP and the revision of European toy industry regulations, the amount of DINP used for plastic toys decreased rapidly. Especially in 2006 and 2007, the toy industry suffered a devastating blow. DINP is used less and less in toys, and almost no one uses DINP in toys exported to Europe. But DOP is still used in domestic plastic toys. Mold development and employee salaries are the main costs of the toy industry, while the cost of raw materials accounts for less than 20%, so the toy industry is less sensitive to the price of DOP/DINP than other industries. In 2007, the toy industry was severely impacted by overseas environmental regulations. Edge banding: PVC edge banding is also one of the industries with rapid growth of DOP consumption in recent years. Middle and low-grade edge banding is used in furniture industry, such as sealing strips for tables, doors and windows, accessories for cabinet shutter doors, anti-collision handrails in hospitals, office screens and so on. High-grade edge banding is used in automobile industry, such as automobile glass sound insulation. DOP consumption of edge sealing enterprises is generally around 10 ton. Different from other industry users who focus on PVC field, the enterprise of edge banding is generally small in scale and will produce ABS and rubber products at the same time, so it is called a rubber company. Guangdong's edge banding machine enterprises mostly come from two departments, namely, Shuotai and Quan Yi. PVC aluminum-plastic pipe: PVC pipe sleeve aluminum pipe becomes aluminum-plastic pipe. Used for hot water pipes to increase pressure resistance. Originally, the sales of aluminum-plastic pipes were not bad. Now, due to the problems of aluminum-plastic pipe itself, the usage of DOP in this industry has a downward trend. Small factories are the main producers of this kind of products. Lighting materials: DOP is also used in a large amount, mainly in Zhongshan and Foshan. Shandong conveyor belt enterprises are concentrated. Automobile chassis sealant: PVC plastic chassis sealant monopolized by four major international companies. In addition, small workshops also produce this kind of sealant, but such customers are hard to find. Ink and coatings: Several international companies will use DOP and DINP in coatings to change some properties of coatings. For example, the world's largest supplier of wooden furniture paint. DOP will also be added to the ink, but in a small amount. Most of them are barreled customers. Flavors and fragrances: DOP, DINP and DIDP will also be used as additives for flavors and fragrances. Wallpaper: Few people will know, in fact, wallpaper is also made of PVC and DOP. Guangdong province has the largest wallpaper manufacturer in Asia, and there are also some small wallpaper factories. With the development of coating industry, wallpaper has gradually lost its advantages in decoration, and these wallpaper enterprises have become very depressed, with the decline of production and sales and the decrease of DOP usage. Labeling There are many small factories and family workshops that make PVC soft labels in Guangzhou and Dongguan. Because the demand for DOP is small, they mainly take the goods in barrels from traders, which are generally ignored by DOP factories. The proportion of DOP in the formula is large, accounting for more than 50 Pa. Soft label labels are generally used to make soft label labels on handbags, suitcases, jeans and other clothes. These factories are also located around the luggage factory. The dosage is usually several tons a month. Plastic pigments Plastic pigment companies generally use DOP or DINP as the carrier of pigments. Large plastic pigment companies use about 50 tons of DOP every month. In recent years, plastic pigment companies in southern China have developed rapidly. PVC placemats, tablecloths, lace PVC tablecloths and placemats are generally printed with PVC transparent film, but some PVC tablecloths, placemats, coasters and lace are directly molded with PVC and DOP at one time. These tablecloths, placemats, coasters and lace are usually ironed with gold and silver edges, and are mainly sold in the Middle East, Russia and Africa. About three factories in Guangdong produce hollow lace placemats. There is one in Shandong. DOP dosage is about 20 tons per month. Christmas tree The factory that produces Christmas trees is generally larger. Christmas leaves and tree trunks can be made of PVC. Also use a calender. Dongguan, Guangzhou and Shenzhen all have large Christmas tree manufacturers, all of which are Hong Kong-funded. Products are exported to Europe and America. The Christmas tree factory in Dongguan consumes 200 tons every month. The Christmas tree factory in Shenzhen is said to have 20,000 employees. The manufacturers of shutters are generally small, the consumption of PVC powder is about 50 tons/month and DOP is about 4 tons/month. DOP is used for PVC venetian blinds sheets and PVC plastic guide rails of shutters, but the DOP dosage is small because of its hard texture. Customers belonging to traders. Polyether, also known as polyethylene glycol ether, is the largest selling synthetic oil at present. It is a linear polymer formed by ring-opening homopolymerization or polymerization of ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, butylene oxide and tetrahydrofuran under the action of catalyst. Polyether has many excellent properties, and the raw material of polyether, alkylene oxide, is a petrochemical product, which is cheap and easy to obtain, and its application scope is expanding. At present, it is mainly used in high temperature lubricant, gear lubricant, brake fluid, flame retardant hydraulic oil, metalworking fluid, compressor oil, refrigeration oil, vacuum pump oil and so on. High temperature lubricating oil. Good viscosity-temperature performance, no coking at high temperature. Polyether can be used as lubricating material for high-temperature gears, chains and bearings in glass, plastics, textiles, printing and dyeing, ceramics, metallurgy and other industries. Gear oil. Polyether is an ideal gear lubricant with some antiwear or extreme pressure additives. It can be used for worm gear pair, closed gear and automobile reduction gear with medium and high power transmission, reducing gear wear and prolonging oil change period and maintenance period. Metal working fluid. Polyether is water-soluble, oil-soluble and anti-soluble, and is mainly used as cutting fluid and quenching fluid in metalworking fluids. When used as cutting fluid, it has the advantages of coolability, lubricity, difficult precipitation and foaming, good permeability, no corrosion to most metals, and little influence by water quality and water hardness, so it is an excellent metal cutting fluid. Lubricating grease base oil. Polyether can be used as grease base oil, which is mainly used for producing grease for brakes and clutches, grease for resisting hydrocarbon solvents, grease for fixing bolts above 300℃, grease for high-temperature friction parts of chains, grease for instruments and machinery, etc. When used in automobile brakes and clutches, its main advantages are good compatibility with rubber parts and brake fluid and excellent oxidation resistance. Heat setting engine oil. The sliding friction between the chain and the guide rail of the heat setting machine and stretching tenter used in printing and dyeing and plastics industries is carried out at high temperature and high speed, which requires the lubricating oil to have good oxidation stability, less coking and good lubricity at high temperature. Compressor oil, refrigerating oil and vacuum pump. Polyether has good viscosity-temperature performance, low-temperature fluidity, oxidation stability and lubricity, low solubility in hydrocarbon gas and hydrogen gas, and good compatibility with Freon gas. It is very suitable for compressor oil, refrigerator oil and vacuum pump oil of hydrogen, ethylene and natural gas.
