These tablecloths, placemats, coasters and lace are usually ironed with gold and silver edges, and are mainly sold in the Middle East, Russia and Africa. About three factories in Guangdong produce hollow lace placemats. There is one in Shandong. DOP dosage is about 20 tons per month. Christmas tree The factory that produces Christmas trees is generally larger. Christmas leaves and tree trunks can be made of PVC. Also use a calender. Polyether, also known as polyethylene glycol ether, is the largest selling synthetic oil at present. It is a linear polymer formed by ring-opening homopolymerization or polymerization of ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, butylene oxide and tetrahydrofuran under the action of catalyst. Polyether has many excellent properties, and the raw material of polyether, alkylene oxide, is a petrochemical product, which is cheap and easy to obtain, and its application scope is expanding. High temperature lubricating oil. Good viscosity-temperature performance, no coking at high temperature. Polyether can be used as lubricating material for high-temperature gears, chains and bearings in glass, plastics, textiles, printing and dyeing, ceramics, metallurgy and other industries. Gear oil. Polyether is an ideal gear lubricant with some antiwear or extreme pressure additives. It can be used for worm gear pair, closed gear and automobile reduction gear with medium and high power transmission, reducing gear wear and prolonging oil change period and maintenance period. Metal working fluid. Polyether is water-soluble, oil-soluble and anti-soluble, and is mainly used as cutting fluid and quenching fluid in metalworking fluids. When used as cutting fluid, it has the advantages of coolability, lubricity, difficult precipitation and foaming, good permeability, no corrosion to most metals, and little influence by water quality and water hardness, so it is an excellent metal cutting fluid. Lubricating grease base oil. Polyether can be used as grease base oil, which is mainly used for producing grease for brakes and clutches, grease for resisting hydrocarbon solvents, grease for fixing bolts above 300℃, grease for high-temperature friction parts of chains, grease for instruments and machinery, etc. When used in automobile brakes and clutches, its main advantages are good compatibility with rubber parts and brake fluid and excellent oxidation resistance. Heat setting engine oil. The sliding friction between the chain and the guide rail of the heat setting machine and stretching tenter used in printing and dyeing and plastics industries is carried out at high temperature and high speed, which requires the lubricating oil to have good oxidation stability, less coking and good lubricity at high temperature. Compressor oil, refrigerating oil and vacuum pump. Polyether has good viscosity-temperature performance, low-temperature fluidity, oxidation stability and lubricity, low solubility in hydrocarbon gas and hydrogen gas, and good compatibility with Freon gas. It is very suitable for compressor oil, refrigerator oil and vacuum pump oil of hydrogen, ethylene and natural gas.
