Why have some accounting firms been recruiting for many years?

Ordinary employees in the firm have low wages, little room for promotion, great work pressure, frequent overtime or staying up late, and great mobility. As for suppressing wages, I'm sure I'm worried that you will leave your job halfway, which will lead to a temporary vacancy and a lack of continuity in your area. However, then again, it is obviously unreasonable to take three months' salary as training fee and give it after one year. It is not recommended to consider this firm.
