Li Jinyong's ancestral hall is located on the hillside covered with Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica and Larix gmelinii in Mohe Jingou Forest Farm. There are plaques and couplets inscribed by celebrities on the left and right, which record Li Jinyong's life. Under the tablets, there are sacrificial vessels offered by gold miners. The symmetrical east and west wing rooms on both sides of the main hall are the Gongde Pavilion and the Staff Pavilion, which show the biographies of Li Jinyong, Yuan Dahua and others, the development history of Mohe Gold Factory, the technological process of gold mining, the machines, tools and cultural relics used.

Li Jinyong (1835-189) was born in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province. He went into business with his father in his early years, and later donated his official position with silver, which made him a mutual acquaintance. Because of his honesty and integrity, he was transferred from Zhili to Changchun as the magistrate. In April 1887, recommended by Li Hongzhang, he was transferred from Changchun to Heilongjiang to build Mohe Gold Mine. After he took dozens of people to Mohe, he got the first-hand information of mine construction, and formulated the Articles of Association of Heilongjiang Gold Factory, and actively traveled to Tianjin, Shanghai, Yantai and other places to raise funds, recruit miners, buy machines, and transport grain and arms, which was extremely thoughtful and meticulous in the planning of running the mine. In October 1888, Li Jinyong led his colleagues and nearly 1, miners to Mohe. First, he set up a desert mine camp to drill the army, then he founded a gold mine and started to sacrifice mountains.
