What does a starcher do?

Engaged in the work mainly includes:

(1) warp beam, loading, separation and sizing;

(2) Observe the operation and deal with downtime and decapitation;

(3) master the temperature of drying room and pulp tray, and control the sizing rate, moisture regain, elongation and printing length of ink;

(4) Off-axis, off-machine, cleaning the pulp tray, wrapping and replacing the felt, and cleaning the machine and workplace.
