The supervision centers of various oil fields are purely management institutions, and there will be no more jobs at all, so don't expect to become a full member if you do a good job.

Let's talk about treatment first. At present, the third-level supervision is about 6000, and the second-level supervision is 8000. Don't think about the first level. It's been years, and it hasn't gone up. At present, the number of technical engineering posts in all parts of the country is basically 1 10,000. At present, the national policy is basically to go up. That is, the number of operating posts such as drillers has risen to more than 8 thousand in recent years, and more than 20 thousand have gone abroad. The annual salary of any driller or foreman recruited abroad is 200,000 yuan. The unified price for supervisors going abroad is extremely demanding for going to Beijing 120$, which is quite difficult to do. My buddy came back less than two months after he went out. Finally, I switched to job hunting and came out with my class, with an annual salary of 350,000. I am proud to call.

Specifically, I want to enter the business anyway. Wherever I go, I will be surrounded. Those in the city want to go out and those outside want to come in.
