In order to further improve the overall quality of the primary and secondary school teachers in our district and promote the continuous improvement of the quality of education and teaching in our district, we will expand After research on the employment of college graduates, it was decided to openly recruit ***53 primary and secondary school teachers. Recruitment-related matters are now announced as follows:

1. Recruitment objects and scope

1. Persons with permanent residence in Huangyan District (based on the location of residence on the date of this announcement) ;

2. Fresh graduates from full-time colleges and universities in Huangyan in 2011;

3. College-to-undergraduate students and graduate students who are not graduating in 2011 and are studying full-time in colleges and universities. Apply with the associate degree, undergraduate qualifications and degrees you have obtained.

2. Recruitment conditions

1. Abide by laws and regulations, love education, have good professional ethics, and have cultural professional knowledge and skills suitable for the recruitment position.

2. In good health, born on January 1, 1976 or later.

3. Have academic qualifications suitable for the recruitment position (subject to the academic certificate provided during registration).

4. Previous graduates must have teacher qualifications and Mandarin proficiency requirements that are suitable for the recruitment position, and the type of teacher qualification certificate and teaching subject must be consistent with the position applied for.

5. Fresh graduates with teacher qualification certificates must have the Mandarin proficiency level requirements suitable for the recruitment position, and the type of teacher qualification certificate and teaching subject must be consistent with the applied position; those without teacher qualification certificates Applicants should have professional and Mandarin proficiency certificates that are suitable for the recruitment position, and qualified transcripts in education and psychology issued by the Teacher Qualification Certification Guidance Center of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education.

3. Registration time, place and method

1. Registration time: August 3 to 4, 2011 (8:30-11:30 am, 3:00 pm —5:00), no processing will be done after the deadline.

2. Registration location: Huangyan District Teacher Training School (intersection of Dianda Road and Jiufeng Road)

3. Registration method and receipt of admission ticket:

(1) The registration method is on-site registration. Applicants should bring the originals and copies of relevant materials such as graduation certificate, registration certificate, ID card, teacher qualification certificate, household register or household registration certificate, and go to the registration location to truthfully fill out the "2011 Huangyan District Open Recruitment" Primary and Secondary School Teacher Registration Form" (Appendix 3), and submit two recent one-inch color photos with the same background without a hat and relevant certification materials. Each person is limited to applying for one position and must pay an examination fee of 80 yuan.

(2) Candidates must present their ID cards to Huangyan District Experimental Middle School to collect their admission tickets at 9:00 am on August 9, 2011. Failure to do so will be deemed as automatic abandonment.

4. Exam opening ratio

If the number of applicants for each position is less than 3, the exam will not be held. For positions with less than 3 times the number of applicants, the number of applicants will be reduced accordingly. For positions that are not open for examination due to insufficient number of applicants, those who apply for the position can change their application to other qualified positions within the specified time, or have the examination fee refunded. If there are 15 or more people recruited for the same position, if the number of applicants for the position is less than three times the number of applicants, the maximum number of applicants for the position will be one-half.

5. Examination Subjects and Time

The examination shall be a combination of written examination and interview.

1. Written test subjects, time and place.

(1) Written test subjects: "Public *** Knowledge" and "Subject Professional Knowledge" (exam syllabus and reference books are not specified). The full score of the written examination is 100 points, among which "Public** *Knowledge" accounts for 20%, and "Subject Professional Knowledge" accounts for 80%.

(2) Written test time: to be determined separately.

(3) Written test location: Huangyan District Experimental Middle School (take the written test with your admission ticket and ID card).

2. Bonus points for discounts.

Outstanding graduates at the provincial level (those whose academic qualifications must correspond to the academic qualifications required for the recruitment position) will receive a preferential bonus of 2 points based on their original written examination scores. Those who meet the conditions for bonus points must fill out the "Huangyan District Open Recruitment of Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Preferential Bonus Points Review Form" (Appendix 4) when registering, and provide originals and copies of relevant certificates, certificates, etc. Overdue applications will be deemed to be automatically given up.

3. Interview format, time and location.

Based on the written test scores (including bonus points), from high scores to low scores, the interview candidates will be determined in the ratio of 1:2 to the number of recruits for the position. For positions with 15 or more recruits for the same position, the interview candidates will be determined based on the number of recruits. The ratio of 1:1.5 (rounded up) determines the candidates for interview.

The full interview score is 100 points. Those with an interview score below 60 points will not be hired.

The interview format, time and location will be notified later.

6. Physical examination and inspection

Among those who pass the interview, the total score [50% of the written test score (including extra points) + 50% of the interview score, rounded to two decimal places] From high scores to low scores, the candidates for physical examination and inspection will be determined according to the ratio of 1:1 to the number of people in the recruitment position. If the total scores are tied, the one with the higher interview scores will be ranked first. If the interview scores are still tied, the ranking will be determined by drawing lots.

The physical examination and examination shall be carried out in accordance with the physical examination and examination standards for civil servant examination.

All positions in this recruitment will not be filled in all aspects of recruitment.

7. Job selection and employment

Applicants who pass the physical examination and examination will be selected from high scores to low scores based on their overall scores. The specific positions will be interviewed by the district education bureau. previously announced.

After the proposed hire is approved by the District Labor and Social Security Bureau, the formal recruitment procedures of the public institution will be completed. Anyone who has not obtained the corresponding teacher qualification certificate must obtain the corresponding teacher qualification certificate before January 31, 2013.
