The 20 1 1 annual rural compulsory education school special post teacher program in Henan Province was launched on May 30th. This year, our city recruited 50 special post teachers.

There are three registration conditions for special post teachers this year: 20 1 1 year full-time undergraduate and above graduates from ordinary universities; 20 165438+ 0-year full-time college graduates majoring in normal education; Full-time undergraduate and above graduates who are qualified as teachers and have some practical experience in education and teaching, and are under 30 years old (1 981born after July1). According to the relevant regulations, under the same conditions, priority is given to volunteers who have participated in the "College Students' Volunteer Service in the West" and "Three Supports and One Support" programs and whose service has expired, graduates from normal universities who have participated in internship teaching for more than half a year, candidates from places of origin and full-time master's or above graduate students.

The written test time for special post teachers is the morning of June 19. The main contents of the test are pedagogy, psychology, new curriculum ideas, and the relevant knowledge that a school teacher should have in the compulsory education stage. The written test results will be announced on June 29th.

The interview time is from July 4 to July 8, and the results will be released on July 13.

It is understood that the "special post plan" is a major work plan jointly launched and implemented by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Personnel and the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League in 2006. Its main purpose is to guide and encourage college graduates to engage in rural education by openly recruiting outstanding college graduates to teach in primary and secondary schools in poor rural areas, gradually solve the problems of insufficient number and unreasonable structure of rural teachers, and improve the overall quality of rural teachers. According to relevant regulations, the service period of special post teachers is 3 years. Special post teachers shall implement the unified national wage system and standards during the employment period, and the required funds shall be borne by the central finance and provincial finance. After the expiration of special post teachers' service, if they pass the examination and voluntarily stay in local schools, each Shegang county shall be responsible for the implementation of posts within the approved total staffing, and their wages shall be included in the unified development scope of local finance to ensure that they enjoy the same treatment as local public teachers.
