What are the recruitment requirements for counselors?

Basic requirements for counselor recruitment:

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. A member of the Communist Party of China, supports the various principles and policies of the party and the country, abides by the constitution and laws; has good conduct; is in good health and has good psychological quality.

3. Love the ideological and political education of college students, have a strong sense of responsibility, be good at communication, and have strong organizational management skills, language expression skills and theoretical research capabilities.

4. Ideological and political majors, psychology majors, education and other majors will be given priority.

5. Others

(1) Applicants who have served as student leaders or have student work experience during college will be given priority.

(2) Priority will be given to those who have won the honors of outstanding student party members, outstanding student cadres, and outstanding league cadres at the school level or above during college.

Inspection process and methods

1. The content of the written examination includes but is not limited to comprehensive qualities (current affairs and politics, thinking logic, humanistic qualities), job skills, etc.

2. The interview content includes but is not limited to ideological and political literacy, comprehensive quality, professional ability, job adaptability, foreign language ability, etc.

3. Internship: Determine the internship department based on written test scores, interview performance, and overall personal situation. Internships for fresh graduates last for 3 to 6 months, with at least 30 full-day working days required.

4. Internship defense: At the end of the internship period, the internship defense will be held for the interns.

5. Ideological and political situation inspections include but are not limited to ideological and moral conversations inside and outside the school, correspondence, etc.

6. Announce and determine the candidates to be hired: After passing the defense and having no objections, the candidates to be hired will be determined.
