We couldn't afford the rent and even the living expenses were very difficult. In mid-2005, I was lucky enough to join the early start-up team in 58 cities as a product manager. It was during the 1 year in 58 cities that my skills in the internet field were fully exercised. Especially enterprise strategy, product research and development, network marketing, etc. At that time, driven by curiosity and quick learning ability, I read all the early columns of donews.

In April 2008, lisa and I resigned from the recruitment network, and then set up Reebok Fonda, starting another entrepreneurial journey for lisa and me.

Ruishifangda was established in May 2008. At that time, I was not ready to start a business. First of all, Lisa and I are going to have children. Second, there was no money. But there is no way, since you have pushed yourself to the front line of entrepreneurship, you can only bite the bullet and rush forward! The initial venture capital of 40,000 yuan was settled by Standard Chartered Bank Modernist, and the company's logoVI website was made of Witkey outsourcing website of 3,000 yuan.

Lisa, the chief headhunter, got pregnant soon after the company was established. What is even more surprising is that a global financial crisis broke out in August, and a large number of enterprises are watching. Recruitment is suspended or cancelled, which makes the company's headhunting business more difficult! Later, on February 7th, 2009, Lisa and I were born. This is a very important moment in my life, and I feel the burden on my shoulders is getting bigger and bigger. This kind of burden is completely different from the mortgage and car loan I have to face every month.

After lisa took maternity leave in 2009, the headhunting business was handed over to another partner, and it was from this time. We have fallen into a period of serious internal friction. From August 20, 2009 to June 0, 2009, the company basically didn't develop, but maintained normal operation with no loss. Later, we opened five branches at a time, and now we can support opening 10 branches at a time.

So far, we have 32 branches and a team of over 600 people. The number of headhunters and the scale of revenue have increased by nearly 100% for three consecutive years. From the initial millions of revenue, the revenue scale has been close to 70 million, which is quite a miracle in the domestic headhunting industry.

Of course, there are still many new branch heads working hard in the first stage, but at least I have begun to take the second step. My goal now is to gather more young people with dreams, create a bigger headhunting career, repay the society, increase employment and push the headhunting industry forward.
