2017 Suichuan Teacher Recruitment Examination
According to the spirit of the "List of Qualification Examination Personnel and Qualification Examination Announcement for the 2015 Written Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teacher Recruitment in Changjiang District, Jingdezhen City", on July 2, the Education and Sports Bureau of Changjiang District, Jingdezhen City, together with the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, The qualifications of those who took the written examination were reviewed, and the candidates for the interview were determined. For details, please see the "List of Interview Personnel for the 2015 Primary and Secondary School Teacher Recruitment in Changjiang District, Jingdezhen City" (see attachment). The interview-related matters are now announced as follows:
1. Interview time
The interview is scheduled to be held on the morning of July 29. Candidates must arrive at the interview location before 8:00 am on the day of the interview. (Anyone who is late for more than 15 minutes will be disqualified from the interview). The formal interview starts at 8:30.
2. Interview location
Changjiang District Experimental Primary School. Candidates are requested to report to Changjiang District Experimental Primary School on time (see the examination room diagram for details).
3. Documents required
ID card, interview admission ticket (candidates are asked to go to the Human Resources Department of Changjiang District Education and Sports Bureau at 9:00 am on July 10 to collect it).
4. Interview method and content
The interview will be conducted in the form of lecture and defense. The interview time is 15 minutes, including 10 minutes for lecture and 5 minutes for defense. The total score of the interview is 100 points, of which 80% is the lecture and 20% is the defense.
Textbooks used for lectures: corresponding subject textbooks used by public schools in our district (elementary schools: fifth grade textbooks; junior high schools: eighth grade textbooks).
Scope of defense: knowledge points in the textbooks of this academic period of the subject.
Defense method: After the lecture, the judges will ask impromptu questions, and the candidates will answer them on the spot. Candidates in the art discipline do not have to answer the exam, but will take an additional test sketch, which will last no more than 5 minutes.
5. Score Calculation Method
According to the spirit of the "Jiangxi Province 2015 Primary and Secondary School Teacher Recruitment Announcement", the written examination subjects for primary and secondary school teacher positions are "Comprehensive Knowledge of Education" and the corresponding subject "Discipline" "Professional Knowledge" two subjects (total score is 200 points), and the written test and interview scores each account for 50%. , that is: the total score of primary and secondary school teacher candidates = written test score × 0.5 + interview score. All score calculations are accurate to two decimal places. If the total scores of candidates for the same position are the same, the list of candidates will be determined based on the interview scores from high to low. If the interview score is less than 70 points, the applicant will not be hired.
VI. Interview Procedure
1. After the staff in the waiting room has verified that the identity of the candidates is correct, lots will be drawn to determine the order of interviews for candidates for the same position.
2. The first candidate to be interviewed for each position will draw the test questions and show them to other candidates at the same time, and then the staff will take them into the preparation room for lesson preparation. The test questions must be opened by the candidates holding the questions and the preparation room staff at the same time. Candidates in the same position are interviewed with the same test questions.
3. Candidates use special interview manuscript paper to write their lecture notes in the preparation room. After 30 minutes of preparation, they enter the interview room for the interview.
4. Candidates can only enter the interview room with the lecture notes written in the preparation room. After the interview is over and their scores are confirmed, they will leave the examination room immediately and are not allowed to stay any longer.
7. Interview Discipline
The interview process shall be managed in a unified and closed manner. After entering the examination room, candidates should consciously obey the management of the staff and are not allowed to leave the examination room before the interview is over. Candidates are not allowed to bring any communication equipment or prohibited items such as mobile phones into the examination room (candidates’ mobile phones should be handed over to the staff for safekeeping after entering the waiting room). Teaching materials for course preparation are provided in the preparation room. Candidates are not allowed to bring other books or reference materials into the preparation room. During the interview, you are not allowed to disclose your name, application position and other information to the judges. After the interview, you are not allowed to enter the waiting room and preparation room. During this period, if candidates violate the above regulations, they will be disqualified from the interview on the spot if they are found to have cheated.
