Class B: Overseas universities with the latest academic rankings of soft science in world universities, QS world university rankings, Times Higher Education world university rankings and top 200 U.S.News world universities should be outstanding graduates in the past (the detailed list of universities is attached).

Class C: focusing on the professional fields of high-quality economic and social development in Xiangshui County and the disciplines related to key industrial chain development, domestic universities rank in the top 5‰ of the world's ESI disciplines, and salt-based universities rank in the top 1% of the world's ESI disciplines. 4. Have the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally.

The evaluation is divided into two parts: comprehensive quality evaluation and interview test. Comprehensive quality evaluation and interview test scores are included in the total score by 50%.

2. Interview test.

2. The introduced outstanding graduates are doctoral students, master students and undergraduates. After the probation period expires and they pass the examination, they will enjoy the salary of the staff of Grade 7, Grade 8 and Grade 9 of public institutions and the corresponding salary of the state-owned enterprises under the county management in the first paragraph of Article 5 of this announcement.

3. After the introduction of outstanding graduates officially take up their posts, they can work in the organs through transfer if they meet the provisions of the Implementation Measures for the Transfer of Civil Servants in Jiangsu Province.

(1) Salary and treatment

(2) Subsidy standards

1﹒ For the introduced outstanding graduates, the living allowance will be paid according to the standard of 3,000 yuan/month for doctoral students, 2,500 yuan/month for master students and 2,000 yuan/month for undergraduate students within five years.

2. If the introduced outstanding graduates buy houses in Xiangshui within five years, they will be given housing subsidies according to the standards of 400,000 yuan for doctoral students, 200,000 yuan for master students and 6.5438+0.5 million yuan for undergraduates.

To apply for housing subsidies, it is necessary to sign an agreement and promise that the minimum service life in Xiangshui is 5 years.

3. After full-time doctoral students, master students and undergraduates have paid housing provident fund in Yancheng for 6 months, individual housing provident fund loans can be relaxed to 4 times, 3 times and 2 times the maximum amount of individual housing provident fund loans respectively.
