Are these advertisements deceptive?

After you go, they will ask you to pay in various names, such as clothing expenses and security deposit. You will wait before you pay. Only then do you realize that they can't arrange it for you and can't get a refund if they are cheated. Their characteristics are low recruitment requirements and high situation.
