(2) Road sections that are forbidden to drive all day: Inner Ring Road and its radiation, Luoxi Bridge, Dongfeng Road (Zhongshan No.1 Interchange to Nan 'an Road) and Zhongshan Road (Zhongshan No.1 Interchange to Nan 'an Road).

(3) The section where driving is prohibited from 6: 00 to 24: 00 every day: Huangpu Avenue (Zhongshan No.1 Interchange to East Ring Expressway).

(4) The time and scope of driving restrictions stipulated in Article 1 of this circular.
