I. Organizational division of labor

(1) The Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development are jointly responsible for the professional qualification examination of supervision engineers, the Provincial Personnel Examination Center is responsible for organizing the implementation of specific examinations, and the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development Qualification Examination Registration Center undertakes the examination of the provincial examination area.

(II) Personnel examination institutions in all districts and cities shall, jointly with the competent department of housing and urban-rural construction, be responsible for examination registration and spot checks before the examination, and conduct post-examination qualification examination (hereinafter referred to as post-examination examination) for candidates whose scores in all subjects reach relevant standards. The subject of case analysis of construction project supervision is subjective, while the other three subjects are objective.
