The crane is installed on a horizontal plane or an inclined plane not greater than 5 degrees, and the four wheels must touch the plane to block the wheels and prevent them from moving during lifting. 3. When the machine is used, move the counterweight box to the outside and fill it with sand, stones or other substances equivalent to 520kg; When the machine is moved by no-load traction, the materials in the box are removed and the counterweight box moves in, which can reduce the traction. 4. It is forbidden to place flammable items (kerosene, gasoline and other flammable items) on the crane. 5. When the crane lifts the goods and rotates, the crane shall not be moved. 6. When the crane is running safely, the lifted heavy objects should be controlled not to swing in the air. 7. The safety operator of the crane should pay attention to the fact that the lifting weight cannot exceed the rated lifting weight of the boom, and the lifted object should be in the natural drooping position of the hook. 8. Adjust the boom amplitude. When turning the handwheel, it must be in no-load state, and no heavy objects can be hoisted. 9. When the crane lifts the goods and rotates, the lifting height of the heavy objects must be more than 0.3m higher than the obstacles. 10. The crane shall be inspected periodically once a year. In the process of technical inspection, in addition to detailed inspection of all components of the crane, static and dynamic tests of the crane are also needed.
