Among them, why is the energy-saving countercurrent heat exchanger as high as 20-40%, and the waste gas pollution control is at the highest level in the world, but it has not been supported by the government and trusted by the market? Difficulty in technology popularization
200 1, 1 year1October, the company applied the patented technology to the cooking fume purification treatment in the catering industry, and carried out cooking fume purification in several hotels. The actual use effect of the equipment is very good, which solves the problem of hotel fume pollution reflected by residents. As a result, the competent department of environmental protection claimed that the equipment could not be installed and tried without national certification, so it withdrew from production.
In the same year, the patented technology was applied to boiler dust removal and desulfurization. After monitoring, the flue gas purification efficiency is 99.6%, and the desulfurization efficiency is 98%. After treatment, the flue gas emission concentration is below 32 mg, and the sulfur dioxide emission concentration is 50 mg. However, environmental protection personnel and polluted enterprises said that the environmental protection department did not accept the installation of VIA technology products, which made enterprises afraid to buy the company's equipment.
In order to survive, the company introduced the patented technology of boiler energy saving. "Energy-saving countercurrent heat exchanger" is applied to coal-fired boilers, oil-fired boilers and liquefied gas boilers, and the energy-saving efficiency is about 20%-40%. As a result, users were afraid to use it later, because the boiler manufacturer, boiler research institute or installation team all threatened the enterprise that "China can't have such technology", and it was irresponsible to say that the boiler was broken.
Facing the lack of honesty
In order to protect the achievements made in more than ten years' efforts and reduce the country's energy consumption, the enterprise later adopted a sharing management mode, that is, it did not accept the equipment payment from the user enterprise, and shared the energy-saving coal-based oil with the user enterprise equally during the use process. Facts have proved everything. After many tests after installation, the result shows that a leather enterprise needs to consume 9 1.63 tons of coal to produce one ton of wastewater before installing energy-saving equipment, and the daily wastewater output is 322.5 tons. After installing energy-saving equipment, the coal consumption per ton of wastewater is only 76.6 15 kg, and the wastewater output is 322.5 tons/day. Tomorrow, the output will be increased by 27.5 tons, and the energy consumption per ton of wastewater will be reduced 15.02 kg. This set of data tells enterprises that only by saving can they gain an advantage in the competition.
Faced with the huge amount of money saved, some enterprises abandoned the credit in order to win the market when they wanted to resettle the enterprises that had visited the equipment, and said to the visitors that "this equipment is not energy-saving". In order to survive, VIA can't take those dishonest enterprises to court. Mr. Huang told reporters that if the lawsuit is lost, not only will the money be lost, but the patented energy-saving technology that has been painstakingly studied for more than ten years cannot be further promoted.
Call for a change of mind
