Nanjing is a special city full of history. The population and modernization of this city are developing very rapidly. The continuous growth of motor vehicles has increased the traffic pressure in the city and brought great trouble to citizens' travel, so Nanjing has also liberalized the restrictions.

Nanjing Jiangbei New District Material Science and Technology Park is restricted by laws and regulations.

The closure range of Luchang area is: Chuhe River in the east, Ziyue River in the south, Macha River-Liu Yong Expressway in the west and Liusihe River in the north;

The closed area of Dai Yu is: Huazihe-Yangtze River Bridge in the east, Yangtze River in the south, Jiajiang River in the west, and Huangchanghe Road-Jiangbei high-grade highway along the river in the north.

Restricted vehicle

Nanjing Jiangbei New Area Material Science and Technology Park 20 19 12.28, local and foreign vehicles are restricted all day.

In the closed area of New Materials Science and Technology Park, vehicles and personnel from non-park enterprises are prohibited from entering, and vehicles from non-park construction projects and materials are prohibited from entering; New materials science and technology park enterprise vehicle certificate to enter, foreign vehicles registered in the park.

Restrictions on the Yangtze River Bridge and the North Bridge Tunnel (1) Yangtze River Bridge: vehicles with non-Nanjing foreign number plates are prohibited from passing all day;

Note: No.2 Yangtze River Bridge, Yangtze River Tunnel, Yangtze River Tunnel and other river-crossing passages can be used by foreign number-plate motor vehicles. Non-motor vehicles with foreign number plates can pass by ferry.

(2) The North Bridge Expressway consists of viaduct and tunnel. Viaduct connects Jiangbei Avenue, and tunnel connects Yangtze River Bridge. According to the road design, vehicles entering the tunnel directly enter the Yangtze River Bridge. Therefore, the North Bridge Tunnel adopts a unified traffic management scheme with the Yangtze River Bridge:

Non-local vehicles, hazardous chemicals vehicles and trucks are forbidden to pass all day (except for medium-sized and below closed vans from 23:00 to 6: 00 the next morning); Large buses (except buses with passes and commuter buses in this city).

Summary: Non-Nanjing citizens are forbidden to enter Da Qiao North Road Tunnel all day.

Nanjing Yingtianjie Tunnel Restrictions ① Traffic:/kloc-local buses with less than 0/9 seats,/kloc-foreign buses with less than 0/9 seats, and/kloc-local buses with more than 0/9 seats;

② Inapproachable: 19 or more foreign passenger cars, local blue brand trucks, foreign blue brand trucks, local/foreign yellow trucks, muck trucks, hazardous chemicals trucks, motorcycles, bicycles and pedestrians.

Nanjing Yangtze River Tunnel is restricted to traffic:/kloc-local buses with less than 0/9 seats,/kloc-foreign buses with less than 0/9 seats (only blue cards are allowed);

② Inapproachable:/kloc-local buses with more than 0/9 seats,/kloc-foreign buses with more than 0/9 seats, local blue brand trucks, foreign blue brand trucks, local/foreign yellow truck trucks, muck trucks, hazardous chemicals trucks, motorcycles, bicycles, pedestrians and non-motor vehicles.

According to the current regulations of Nanjing Jiang Xinzhou Bridge, can cars with seats below 19 pass local buses with seats below 19? /kloc-cars with seats above 0/9 can't pass/kloc-local buses with seats above 0/9 can't pass/kloc-local blue brand trucks with seats above 0/9? Foreign yellow card cars cannot pass through local muck trucks, dangerous chemicals vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles and pedestrians. Non-motorized vehicles are restricted to Nanjing Yanziji Yangtze River Tunnel 1, and hazardous chemicals transport vehicles, non-local trucks, non-local buses, local medium-sized (inclusive) trucks, motorcycles, non-motorized vehicles and pedestrians are prohibited from passing all day.

2. Local light (inclusive) trucks are prohibited from passing from 7: 00 to 22: 00 every day, among which vans, enclosed trucks and new energy trucks engaged in urban distribution are prohibited from passing during peak hours (7:00-9:00, 17:00- 19:00) every day, and can pass at other times. Light utility trucks can pass all day.
